Overview
A quality management system (QMS) audit examines the processes a supplier uses to plan, control and improve quality. We assess how requirements are captured, how production is controlled, how defects are detected and how problems are prevented from happening again.
Our audits follow the principles of ISO 9001 and are adapted to your product and industry. Whether a supplier is certified or not, we tell you how effective its quality system really is in practice.

- Document and record control
- Incoming material, in-process and final inspection

Frequently asked questions
Do you issue ISO 9001 certificates?
No. Certification is issued by accredited certification bodies. Our QMS audits are independent second- and third-party assessments that evaluate how well a system works and help suppliers prepare for certification.
Can you audit a supplier that is already ISO 9001 certified?
Yes. A certificate shows a system exists; our audit shows how well it is applied to your specific products and orders.
